Serviced Apartments in Gandía
Gandia is in Valencia and is not really a tourist spot, except for the Spanish, who love it. It is therefore a good idea to mug up on the language before holidaying in a Gandia serviced apartment, because not many bars, restaurants and shops have anyone who speaks English. That said, the beach is amazing, probably one of the best in Spain, and it is very near to the beautiful town on Valencia for some sightseeing, or Benidorm and its theme parks, if you need to entertain the children. A holiday let in Gandia will suit you down to the ground if you are a fan of lying on the beach, as it is as good as a beach can get. The white sand is very clean, the shelf is gentle and you can relax knowing that the children are safe. If you fancy a day in town, you will find that it is not very touristy, but there are some good shops and a trip out from your Gandia holiday rental on a Saturday will bring you to the market, where you can buy anything and everything. The Borgias’ palace in the town is worth a visit. Everyone has heard of the Borgias, but not everyone knows that they had interests far from Italy. There are guided tours, but sadly only in Spanish. There is a guidebook in English and you will enjoy wandering round on your own. The palace is not the only taste of Italy. The local paella which you will find in many of the restaurants near your Gandia holiday apartment is made with noodles instead of rice and seems much more like a typical pasta dish than anything Spanish. Look for fideua on the menu if you want to try it. If you rent a Gandia aparthotel in the summer, be ready for some very high temperatures. It isn’t rare for the temperature to reach above 40°C in the height of summer, which is when you will be grateful for the beach and the lovely clean sea. If even so it is too hot for you, a short trip out from your Gandia self-catered apartment or serviced accommodation will bring you to the mountains, which are cooler. Car rentals are available, but there is also very good public transport, in most directions from the town. Gandia short stay apartments are a great way to get to know this town, which has a lot to offer if you know where to look. Serviced and self-catered apartments, flats, holiday lets and aparthotels can be up to 30% cheaper than most equivalent hotel rooms and are becoming increasingly popular due to the freedom they offer. Whether it’s a short stay apartment you are looking for or a long term apartment, our holiday apartments combine all the amenities and comforts of home. With plenty of room why stay in a cramped hotel room when you can stay in spacious surroundings in and around Gandia. From budget serviced apartments, through to mid range and luxury serviced apartments in Gandia, compare prices and get an instant booking confirmation at CityCentreApartments.com
