Serviced Apartments in Conil de la Frontera

For a town with a population of around 21,000 residents, Conil de la Frontera is a remarkably little known holiday destination. What makes this all the more surprising is that the town is what many would describe as a stereotypical, picturesque Spanish beach resort; with virtually all buildings being whitewashed, and palm trees lining the seafront. Despite the town's modest size, there is an abundance of holiday apartments in Conil de la Frontera, and the resort is popular all year round.

As well as an excellent selection of accommodation, there is an incredible number of bars, restaurants, bistros and cafes in town. Indeed, there are over 350 licensed bars to choose from meaning that there should be one within about 30 seconds of your Conil de la Frontera holiday rental! Many of the restaurants and bars overlook the beach which is part of a 10 mile stretch of Costa de la Luz coastline. The beaches are characterised by white sand which certainly increases the need for a pair of sunglasses, especially with the sunny weather.

The city coastline is actually divided into six named beaches; Playa los Bateles is the most sizeable and therefore sees the most visitors in the summer. Also next to many Conil de la Frontera serviced apartments is Playa El Roqueo, which also has the strange distinction of being home to a 1930s Civil War bunker. The other beaches are also easily accessible and go by the names of Playa Fuente del Gallo, Playa Punta Lejos, Playa Cala del Aceite and Playa los Bateles. Of course with so much beautiful coastline to enjoy, the town is primarily visited by tourists wishing to enjoy the beach break lifestyle.

If you fancy a day or afternoon away from the beach, there are a few landmarks and architectural sites to see in the town. The Santa Catalina church is a 15th century monument and has an unusual mixture of styles, having been renovated several times. Also within easy reach of Conil de la Frontera service and self-catered apartments is the Torre de Guzman, a 14th century tower built as a fortification to protect the small town from invaders.

With typical summer temperatures reaching 20°C and not going far below 10°C even in winter, Conil de la Frontera short term apartments are an excellent choice all year round. Rain is extremely rare from June to September, although December to March does see its fair share.

Serviced and self-catered apartments, flats, holiday lets and aparthotels can be up to 30% cheaper than most equivalent hotel rooms and are becoming increasingly popular due to the freedom they offer. Whether it’s a short stay apartment you are looking for or a long term apartment, our holiday apartments combine all the amenities and comforts of home.
