Serviced Apartments in Malmolmö

Situated in the province of Scania and once Sweden’s most fortified city, this region is a superb location for a rented serviced apartment or holiday letting and here you can enjoy a rich, heady mix of old and new architecture, intriguing museums that give you an insight into the city’s history and culture and traditional, local cuisine that is out of this world. Enjoy!.

Much of the fortifications around this city have now gone but there is still some really interesting architecture to see in the city, especially St. Peter’s Church, a 14th century, gothic style structure that is really quite impressive, Malmo Synagogue, a beautiful, decorative building with a stunning dome and attractive façade and the Turning Torso, a modern build that is a real feat of engineering. This 190 metre tall structure has 54 stories and is the tallest skyscraper in Sweden and resembles a liquorice twist in design. Absolutely amazing and probably quite disorientating for the people that work in the building.

This lovely city, also known as the Swedish Riviera, has a lovely man made beach, Ribersborg, situated in the Western Harbour. This wonderful beach stretches along the entire Malmo coastline and here you can stretch out and soak up the rays, take a refreshing dip or visit the Ribersborg open-air bath that is now over 100 years old.

Your serviced residence or aparthotel is within walking distance of Lilla Torg, The Little Square. This ancient, cobbled square houses several buildings that date back to 15th century which are well worth a browse and while you’re here why not pay a visit to Smakloken for some superb homemade cakes.

Situated in Malmo Castle you will find Malmo Museum. Here you can view impressive dioramas, natural history displays, incredible archaeological artefacts, a fascinating aquarium and exhibits documenting the city’s history. A really interesting couple of hours.

The Science and Maritime House is a must for all those petrol heads. Here they can admire a splendid collection of automobiles and planes as well a dinky submarine. That should keep them occupied for a while.
