Q. What is a Serviced Apartment?
Ans. A Serviced Apartment is a furnished Apartment which is available to reserve from as little as one night or more. The term 'serviced' is applicable as the apartments are operated in a similar way to a hotel room. The apartments are maintained and cleaned for you (some daily, some weekly) and provide you with all the amenities required for the entire duration of your stay. Q. What happens when I arrive at the Apartment?
Ans. The majority of apartments will have a reception desk, similar to a hotel, where you will be able to collect your keys. Some apartments will provide you with an entry code to enter the apartment building and another code to collect your keys from a safe. You will receive an e-mail prior to your stay with all relevant information required for your check-in.

Q. What time can I check in?
Ans. Both the check-in and check-out times will be clearly stated on each apartment and hotel page. If you require an early check-in or late check-out we recommend that you contact the apartment or hotel prior to your stay to see if this can be arranged.

Ans. We have thousands of apartments (and hotel rooms) listed in over 80 countries worldwide in some of the best locations in the world.

Q. Am I able to book hotel rooms on your website?
Ans. Yes. We believe the customer has the right to choose and compare between staying in an apartment or choosing a hotel room. Apartments will always show first on the search results page. Once you are on this page, simply click on 'Hotels' in the 'filter by' section. You will find this section on the left-hand side when you scroll down. We have a huge choice of hotels at 'Best Price Guaranteed' .

Q. What Does 'Best Prices Guaranteed' mean
Ans. We believe we offer the most competitive rates in the market. If you should see the same apartment or hotel room on another website for less (which is unlikely) we will match the price.

Q. What does the Price include?
Ans. The price includes all the facilities listed under the room type. To see the facilities, just click on the room name. There you will be able to see if breakfast is included or if taxes are applicable, etc. This information will also be in your confirmation e-mail.

Q. How do I know if my booking is confirmed?
Ans. As soon as you have made your booking you will see a confirmation page on your screen. Please make a note of your booking number and PIN Code which is provided on this page. You will also receive a booking confirmation by e-mail.

Q. How can I amend or cancel my booking?
Ans. Each apartment has a cancellation policy detailed prior to booking under the Conditions column which is beside the room type. Please remember to check the apartment (or hotel's) cancellation policy at time of booking. On the booking confirmation e-mail, you will be provided with the necessary information to either modify or cancel your booking. Non-refundable apartments and rooms have a different cancellation policy.

Q. Where can I find the apartment or hotel details (address, e-mail address, telephone number, etc)?
Ans. You will be able to find the hotel address at the top of the hotels page. On confirmation of the booking, all of the apartments (or hotel's) details are provided on the online booking confirmation e-mail.

Q. How do I pay?
Ans. A credit card will be needed to guarantee the booking. However, your payment will be made directly to the apartment (or hotel) booked, on arrival or departure (unless otherwise stated under hotel policies). Information regarding payment will also be found by clicking on the information button in the 'room type' section of the apartment or hotel page. You will also receive information of this in your booking confirmation e-mail. You can make a booking using someone else's card provided you have their permission. If this is the case please mention the card holder's name and state that they have given permission to use their card in the 'comments' box when you make your reservation.

Ans. The terms & conditions are clearly stated on each individual apartment page.

Q. Can we have extra beds/cots in the room for our children?
Ans. Information regarding children and extra beds is located under 'Hotel Policies'. Please note:
- • Added costs for children are not included in the reservation price
- • While you are booking please place your request for any extra bed/cot in the comments box
- • If you’ve already booked your room, then simply click on the link provided in your e-mail confirmation and on My Booking to request an extra bed/cot
- • We would suggest that you call the apartment/hotel prior to your arrival to guarantee your request. All contact information will be provided in the confirmation e-mail.
